Andrew Charter is hockey's proverbial brick wall.
The Kookaburras' long-time #1 goalkeeper ticked off his third Olympics in Paris and is showing no signs of slowing down. Falling into the sport when he filled in to his sister's U13 hockey team, Charter began goalkeeping from an early age.
Charter's defensive teammates hold deep trust in his ability to protect Australia's goal at all costs. Born in Wagga Wagga, Charter now plies his domestic trade for Canberra Chill in the Hockey One League.
