Standard Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 30 days of receiving your order
  
• Unworn, unused, with original tags attached
  
• In original, undamaged packaging
  
• In resalable condition (item + packaging)
  
• Not marked Final Sale (unless faulty)

Note: Do not attach labels or tape directly to shoe boxes.

For sale items: All returns for refund on sale items will incur a $10 shipping fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Change of Mind / Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

Change of mind, fit issues, size or colour swaps, gift exchanges, and like‑for‑like swaps.

• Exchanges can be for items of equal value, or higher value (with difference paid).
  

You may choose to send the original item back first or have the exchange shipped immediately (payment details held until original item is returned).
