Hype Launch & Raffle Returns Policy

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of Hype raffle releases, standard returns and exchanges policies are modified for these products. By entering and purchasing through a raffle, customers agree to the following terms.

1. Limited Availability

Raffle footwear is released in highly limited quantities. As such:

• Exchanges (including size exchanges) are not guaranteed and, in most cases, will be unavailable.
• Customers are encouraged to ensure correct sizing before entering the raffle. REFER TO SIZE GUIDE ABOVE

2. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of these releases, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. This includes incorrect size selection or change in preference.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your item is faulty or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Where applicable, customers may be entitled to:

A replacement (if stock is available)
A repair
A refund or store credit
