Golf Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The Promoter. The promoter is Mizuno Corporation Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 24 130 223 924 of 17 Anzed court Mulgrave 3170. The promotion is administered by the Promoter.

3. Who can enter. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its related companies, its agencies including Soul+Wolf and Digital Dust, and the immediate families of those employees, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household.

4. Promotional period. Entries open at 12.01am AEST on 16 September 2026 and close at 11.59pm AEST on 15 October 2026. Entries received outside this period are not eligible.

5. How to enter. To enter, visit mizuno.com.au/pages/golf-giveaway during the promotional period and submit a valid entry including your first name and a valid email address. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

6. One entry per person. Each entrant may enter once. Where more than one entry is received from the same email address, only the first valid entry will be included in the draw. Entries generated by automated means, bulk entries and entries submitted on behalf of another person are invalid and will be disqualified.

7. Incomplete or invalid entries. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that contain false or misleading information will be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason, including technical failure, or for any delay in the transmission of an entry.

8. This is a game of chance. The winner is drawn at random. Skill plays no part in determining the winner and each valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn.

9. The prize. There is one prize. The prize is twelve (12) boxes of singular type of Mizuno golf ball product type, being 12 x 12 balls in total, with a total recommended retail value of up to $888 including GST. The prize is awarded to one winner.

10. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any part of it, with a product of equal or greater value should the specified prize become unavailable for any reason. Prize colours, models and specifications are subject to availability.

11. The draw. The draw will take place at 17 Anzed Ct Mulgrave 3170 at 9:00 AM AEST on 16 October 2026. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using an electronic random draw.

12. Notifying the winner. The winner will be notified by email to the address supplied with their entry within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner's first name and state of residence may be published on the Promoter's website or social media channels.

13. Claiming the prize. The winner must respond to the notification email with a valid Australian postal address within fourteen (14) days of being notified. The prize will be delivered to an Australian address only. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, damaged or delayed in transit.

14. Unclaimed prize. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, or if the prize is unclaimed, forfeited or the winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. Any redraw will take place at the same location at 9AM AEST on 30 October 2026, and any redraw winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of that redraw.

15. Privacy and marketing. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants in order to conduct this promotion. By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Mizuno by email about new products, offers and events, and may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy at mizuno.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

16. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered or incurred in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize. Nothing in these terms limits any rights an entrant has under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

17. Changes and cancellation. If for any reason this promotion cannot run as planned, including because of infection by computer virus, technical failure, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to any written direction from a relevant regulatory authority.

18. Disqualification. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms, or who has engaged in conduct that is unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.

19. Social media platforms. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms Inc, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from any and all liability in connection with this promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints about the promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not to the platform.

20. Governing law. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

21. Permits. The total prize pool for this promotion is under $3,000, and no trade promotion permit or licence is required in any Australian state or territory for a promotion of this value.
