Freddie Gibbs x Mizuno Giveaway Competition
Promoter
The promoter is Mizuno Australia Pty Ltd ("Promoter").
Competition Period
The competition commences at the date and time specified on the competition landing page and closes at the date and time specified on the competition landing page ("Competition Period"). Entries submitted outside of the Competition Period will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Mizuno Australia, associated agencies, immediate family members of employees, and any parties directly involved in the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must:
- Complete the official competition entry form during the Competition Period.
- Provide valid contact details, including full name and email address.
- Opt-in to receive marketing communications from Mizuno Australia's Sportstyle division.
Entry into the competition constitutes consent to join the Mizuno Australia Sportstyle marketing database. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time after entry.
Limit of one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified by the Promoter. Multiple entries submitted using different email addresses or identities may be deemed invalid.
Prize
Four (4) winners will each receive:
- One (1) custom Freddie Gibbs x Mizuno MG4 sneaker created by Chase Shiel; and
- One (1) Freddie Gibbs x Mizuno Baseball Jersey signed by Freddie Gibbs.
The total number of custom MG4 sneakers produced for this collaboration is ten (10), with four (4) pairs available as competition prizes.
Prize sizes, colours, specifications and configurations may be allocated by the Promoter at its discretion, subject to availability.
Prize Value
The total prize pool value will be determined by the Promoter and communicated where required by applicable state regulations.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly drawn within seven (7) days of the competition closing date.
The draw will take place at the offices of Mizuno Australia or via an approved electronic random selection process.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the email address supplied at entry.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within fourteen (14) days, is deemed ineligible, or forfeits the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered to Australian addresses only.
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or stolen prizes once dispatched.
Publicity
By entering the competition, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the competition, including the publication of their first name, surname initial, and state or territory of residence, unless prohibited by law.
Use of Personal Information
Personal information collected will be used by Mizuno Australia for the purposes of administering the competition and providing marketing communications relating to Mizuno Sportstyle products and promotions.
The Promoter will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; however, doing so prior to the completion of winner selection may affect the Promoter's ability to contact entrants regarding the competition.
General Conditions
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
- Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or misleading entries may be disqualified.
- The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical malfunctions, system outages, delayed entries or other events that may affect participation.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
