Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promotion is conducted by Mizuno Australia Pty Ltd ("Mizuno" or "Promoter").
2. Promotion Period
The Mizuno Sky Prime Launch Giveaway commences at 12:00am AEST on 17 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026 ("Promotional Period").
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
The following persons are not eligible to enter:
- Employees of Mizuno Australia Pty Ltd.
- Immediate family members of employees of Mizuno Australia Pty Ltd.
- Any person involved in the administration of this promotion.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible customers must:
- Purchase any eligible Mizuno Sky Prime footwear product from the Mizuno Australia online store during the Promotional Period.
- Complete the purchase transaction successfully.
- Retain proof of purchase.
No additional registration or entry form is required.
Each eligible order automatically receives one (1) entry into the draw.
5. Prize
Five (5) winners will be selected.
Each winner will receive a refund equivalent to the purchase price paid for their eligible Mizuno Sky Prime footwear order.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the qualifying purchase.
Winners will retain ownership of the footwear purchased.
The prize:
- Is not transferable.
- Is not exchangeable.
- Is not redeemable for cash beyond the value of the original purchase refund.
6. Draw Process
A random draw will be conducted within five (5) business days of the conclusion of the Promotional Period.
Five (5) valid entries will be drawn and declared winners.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their qualifying order within five (5) business days of the draw.
8. Eligible Purchases
Eligible purchases include all Mizuno Sky Prime footwear purchased directly through the Mizuno Australia online store during the Promotional Period.
Orders that are:
- Cancelled;
- Refunded;
- Returned; or
- Determined to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms & Conditions
will be deemed ineligible.
9. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
10. Liability
Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, Mizuno Australia Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant arising directly or indirectly from participating in this promotion or accepting a prize.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Mizuno Australia's Privacy Policy and will only be used for administering the promotion, contacting winners and fulfilling prize obligations.
12. Promoter's Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
