Definitions

Australian Website means mizuno.com.au.

E-Gift, E-Gift Card or Gift Card means an Australian electronic gift card which is sent to you by Mizuno via email within a reasonable time following purchase.

Mizuno, we or us means Mizuno, including the Mizuno Australian Website, and the Mizuno Customer Service Department.

You or Your means a person who has purchased, activated, used, or is a recipient of an E-Gift Card.
General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all E-Gift Cards, and by purchasing, activating, using, or being a recipient of an E-Gift Card, you agree to be bound by them.

By using an E-Gift Card, you warrant that you will comply with these terms and all applicable laws, and not use the E-Gift Card in any unlawful, misleading, deceptive, or harmful manner.

E-Gift Cards can only be purchased via the Australian Website and are available in denominations of AUD $10 up to AUD $250.

Purchases of E-Gift Cards may be made alongside other products; however, the card will be emailed directly to you post-purchase.

E-Gift Cards are not eligible for purchase using discount codes or Store credit, and cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

E-Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and not redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
Redeeming E-Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only on the Australian Website.

An E-Gift Card can only be redeemed in the country of issue. For example, Australian E-Gift Cards are only valid on the Mizuno Australia website.

To redeem online, enter the card code at checkout. Please note, a maximum of 5 E-Gift Cards can be used within a single transaction.

If the card balance exceeds the order total, the remaining balance will remain active for later use.
- E-Gift Cards can not be redeemed on a product launched using a raffling system/ EQL launches.

E-Gift Cards issued by Mizuno Expire 3 years after the date of purchase.

Any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other gift cards, unless required by law.

If the purchase total exceeds the card amount, the balance must be paid by another accepted payment method.
Lost or Stolen E-Gift Cards

Treat your E-Gift Card like cash. Mizuno is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of E-Gift Cards.

We are under no obligation to replace or refund value for lost or stolen cards, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns of Items Purchased With an E-Gift Card

If you return an item purchased with an E-Gift Card, the purchase amount will be refunded back on to the original gift card number.
Fraud

By redeeming an E-Gift Card, you agree not to engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to reselling goods to third parties for profit.
Liability

You are responsible for your E-Gift Card and all transactions made using it.

If you breach these terms, Mizuno may:

(a) Immediately deactivate your E-Gift Card if it has not yet been redeemed; or
-
(b) Forfeit any outstanding balance on the E-Gift Card.

You agree to indemnify Mizuno for any claim, loss, damage, or expense suffered in connection with your use of an E-Gift Card or your breach of these terms.
Governing Law & Enforceability

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

If any provision of these terms is held by a court to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
Compliance Note
Mizuno issues all E-Gift Cards in compliance with Australian Consumer Law and associated regulations:

Minimum Validity: E-Gift Cards are valid for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified for exempt products or services (e.g., limited-time events). If no expiry date is displayed, the card does not expire.

No Post-Supply Fees: No activation, account-keeping, or balance inquiry fees apply after purchase. Permitted fees under law may include reissue fees for lost/damaged cards or booking fees that apply equally to all payment methods.

Consumer Guarantees: These terms do not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the ACL. You may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation where goods or services purchased with an E-Gift Card fail to meet statutory guarantees.

Cash Redemption: E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law (e.g., when a balance is below a statutory threshold in some states/territories).
