Mizuno offers Free Delivery on all orders within Australia for all online purchases to the value of $99 and above. All purchases below $99 total value will be subject to a $10 delivery fee.
All orders processed via the mizuno.com.au website must be shipped to an Australian address. We do not offer international shipping.
All orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. The courier may require a signature upon delivery and therefore we recommend a business address. If the address is unattended, a card may be left.
Once your order has been dispatched from Mizuno we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect it to another address.
Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery to most parts of Australia. For delivery to NT and WA, remote and country areas including country QLD, please allow up to 10 business days. All delivery times are indications only and indicate the time it would normally take for delivery once the goods are dispatched from Mizuno.
You will be advised via email of any substantial delay. In the event of some items on your order being in stock and some items being substantially delayed we will contact you with the option to split your shipment.
NOTE: This policy is only valid for online purchases via mizuno.com.au. For purchases made at our Uni Hill Outlet Store, they must be returned in person to the Uni Hill Outlet store. For the Uni Hill Outlet Store refund policy, please see below. For all other purchases of Mizuno products via a retail or online store, please refer to the store of purchase for their refund policies.
If you need to return a product that you purchased through our online store, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1300 796 457 to receive a Return Authorisation number.
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
To qualify to return an item under this Policy, it must be:
- the original online purchase,
- unworn, unwashed and unused,
- in the original packaging/box*, and tags intact, and
- in a resaleable condition
*Please ensure that the goods are in a resaleable condition and do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging/box. Should the packaging/box be marked or is in an unsatisfactory condition, it will not be considered for refund.
You will be responsible for attaching the postage label with completed Return Authorisation Number, and posting via an Australia Post Office. The package needs to be posted over the counter with a receipt of post kept for your records.
Credits/refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges. Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the State of Victoria.
Please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed once the shoes are received and assessed.
Uni Hill Outlet Store Refund Policy
Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of invoice.
Only purchases made at the Uni Hill Outlet Store can be returned to the Uni Hill Outlet Store. Orders made via mizuno.com.au and other means cannot be returned. For the mizuno.com.au return policy, please see above.
Uni Hill Outlet store purchases must be returned in person to the Uni Hill Outlet Store and cannot be returned via post etc.
Products must be unworn, unmarked, unwashed, with the tags attached, in their original packaging and the products and their accompanying packing must be in a resaleable condition.
The purchase price will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method. Alternatively, the product can be exchanged and any differences in price will be refunded to the original payment method or will require additional payment.
Must show proof of purchase, and if paid by card, must confirm the last 4 digits of the card.
